After more than a year of construction, the newly expanded and completely renovated John A. Davis Family YMCA in La Mesa is open. The finishing touches are still being added to the landscaping and some interior spaces and will be complete over the next few weeks. To celebrate, the YMCA is hosting a grand opening week of activities including the official ribbon cutting on June 4, 2008 at 4:00 pm. We hope you will join us in the celebration by visiting the new John A. Davis Family YMCA.
Monday, June 2nd - Active Adult Day - free fitness classes, lecture and continental breakfast
Tuesday, June 3rd - Adult Day - free fitness classes, free passes to the Fitness Center, and trainer consultations
Wednesday June 4th - Grand Opening - Ceremony at 4:00 PM
Thursday, June 5th - Family Day (free parent/child classes and activities, "Mommy & Me" sports, swim and gymnastics)
Friday, June 6th - Kids' Day - free sample classes for swim, sports, and camp
